Women of all ages, shapes & experience are welcomed and encouraged to join this flowing sensual series of moves.

*Thursdays 8:15 - 9:30pm (regular class rates)
*Sundays 12:30 - 1:45pm
*Sundays 1:45 - 2:45pm Intermediate Level, starts May 8th

Tips & Suggestions:

Wear whatever is most comfortable for you.
Many women like to wear exercise pants & form-fitting shirts.
You want to be able to see your curves.
Showing your belly is entirely up to you!
Bare feet are best. Ballet slippers work too.
Bring a hip scarf if you have one. If not, I have some for sale
